Soya Chaap Biryani

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp biryani masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 cup fried onions
  • Mint and coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice until 90% done and set aside.
  2. Marinate the soya chaap with yogurt, turmeric, and biryani masala for 30 minutes.
  3. Layer the rice and marinated chaap in a pot, adding fried onions and mint leaves.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with raita and enjoy a flavorful biryani.
