Ingredients:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp biryani masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup fried onions
- Mint and coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook rice until 90% done and set aside.
- Marinate the soya chaap with yogurt, turmeric, and biryani masala for 30 minutes.
- Layer the rice and marinated chaap in a pot, adding fried onions and mint leaves.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with raita and enjoy a flavorful biryani.
