Damaged Items: If you receive incorrect or damaged items in your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Condition: You must have a 360-degree video recording of the damaged product

 

Exchange Process:

 

No Exchange requests will be accepted as it is a food item

Refund initiation may take up to 7 working days to process from the date of approval.
