Soya Chaap Masala Curry

Ingredients:

  • 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Sauté cumin seeds in hot oil until aromatic, then add onions and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala.
  4. Stir in the spices, add soya chaap pieces, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add cream, stir, and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with naan or rice.
