Ingredients:
- 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Sauté cumin seeds in hot oil until aromatic, then add onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the masala.
- Stir in the spices, add soya chaap pieces, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cream, stir, and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with naan or rice.
