Tandoori Soya Chaap

Ingredients:

  • 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
  • 1 cup thick curd (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Butter for basting

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the soya chaap sticks and pat them dry.
  2. Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chaap sticks evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Grill or bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown, basting with butter occasionally.
  5. Serve with mint chutney and onion rings for a delicious starter.
