Ingredients:
- 500g Badshah Soya Chaap
- 1 cup thick curd (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Butter for basting
Instructions:
- Rinse the soya chaap sticks and pat them dry.
- Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Coat the chaap sticks evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Grill or bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown, basting with butter occasionally.
- Serve with mint chutney and onion rings for a delicious starter.
